Rarely have I received service like this! They proactively texted me when my room was ready ...made sure I liked my room.....texted a link for me to request anything I needed....and texted a link so I could easily request my car when I was ready to leave.....highly recommend!

Charming Annapolis
Fantastic location and excellent customer service! Walking distance to USNA and downtown Annapolis. Housekeeping could have been a little more detailed in the service. Front desk was always super friendly as we came in and out of the hotel.

This hotel is not advertised accurately - there are actually 3 hotels and you have no way of knowing which one you are booking until you arrive! There is NO room service and NO 24/7 coffee in the lobby. There is NO restaurant on site - one hotel has a bar in the basement that is open only in the evenings. We could not use the valet service to take us from the hotel where check-in took place to the hotel where our room was actually located. The bathroom light fixture was broken and off the wall - you could see the dust and dirt everywhere, since the interior of the light fixture was fully exposed. The light in the bathroom was so bright, it was difficult to use as a result. There was a window-installed ac/heat unit but you could see that light was coming in from outside all around this unit and it was VERY cold in the room with the heat at 76 degrees! I had to call and ask them to bring a hairdryer and a little electric coffee maker to our room. Rooms are VERY small and you cannot walk around the bed if someone sits at the desk! When we tried to get refunded, we got the run-around for days because there was no "available Manager with the authority to refund the room." Expedia was no help either, although both hotel and Expedia representatives said I should receive a full refund! Other people at the hotel were also experiencing issues with their reservations. This is not the place for you if you care about customer service or amenities. VERY disappointing birthday stay for us!

Great stay in downtown Annapolis
Outstanding stay! Both buildings (had to move halfway through due to construction) were comfortable and well cared for. Staff were very pleasant and easy to work with.

We loved our room! It was very quaint and clean. Incredible scenery, local eateries, and hours of activities near by. Our only complaint was the inattentive staff and the room being “delayed” hours past our check in time.

Loved the location. Close walk to everything Annapolis has to offer. Staff was pleasant. Room was small, clean and well laid out. Loading and unloading a bit tricky as buildings in a very tight congested area. Two nearby parking garages were reasonably priced. Hotel offers valet parking but was not available during our stay as they were out of spaces.

We had a lovely stay on the weekend of the Bay Bridge Run. Staff was very friendly and communicative. Rooms were comfortable. Each building was very close to Main Street.

The room is beautiful and clean. They brought us a bottle of wine with two glasses, which was nice. The room had complimentary water bottles and a Keurig with an assortment of coffees and teas. Some downsides: Our room was just barely ready at 4 pm at our checkin time. The tv connection was choppy and inconsistent. The construction workers across the street began work at 6 am with lots of noise (it was a Monday, but Veteran’s Day, so surprised they were working on that day and SO early!)
