Understand the hotel is under renovations so some features and amenities were not available but it was a very clean and well organized hotel, the staff were friendly and it was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

U Der construction, but rooms are large and comfortable. Seems to be difficult to get the room temp below about 70. Some noise from multiple trains in the night.

This was a nice place to stay, I used it as home base for an Alaska holiday. I am surprised that there was a $5 charge on my credit card for each night I stayed (4 nights =20$ !). this was a charge that was NOT authorized on my card, when I called about it, I was told it is a special charge, even tho there is no mention of this on the website, or when I booked or even when I checked in. I am in the process of having this charge removed from my credit card. Other wise, it's a great location, comfortable room and very nice bathroom.

Nice new hotel. Rooms were nicely furnished. Cool vibe. There is a charge for parking that isnt very secure. We had no problems and actually found a parking space on the street. Free after 6 and before 8:00 a.m. I wish they had recycling available.

Construction all around the property. Trying to charge 16-26 for parking passes (that require a decent walk to get into facility). Homeless abounds.

Undergoing renovations but the rooms are very nice, large and the hotel is close to lots of restaurants, etc. Maybe the only downside is that you can hear the trains when the blow their horns

No elevator. Most rooms on second floor. Felt bad for the doorman as we really needed help getting the bags upstairs. He said he did not change of a twenty. Old trick. I did not feel good about being cheated. Hotel cost $440. 3 People sleeping outside. Glad I was not traveling alone. Anchorage is full of disabled and homeless people in the street. Was expecting better. Limited dinner options. Take the red eye and get out of Anchorage.

This hotel is only 25% complete but will be fantastic when done. The room was really nice, spacious and the bed comfortable. Note- the hotel is so new there are no coffee pods for the coffee maker or even ice machines yet. Although parking is in a hotel owned lot behind the hotel- the door access to the hotel from the lot is not open yet. Also- if you’re an over packer- be warned- there are no elevators yet. The employees were extremely kind and helpful. This hotel will be amazing when it’s completed but I’d likely wait until that’s done before returning at the rate we paid.

I had a very nice room, but there was no coffee available and would not be until after I left. There is no elevator - lucky I had family to help me and my walker go up and down. The upcharge for a room overlooking the harbor was, at best, a joke. We had to overlook the construction zone behind the building to see a tiny sliver of unattractive commercial harbor.

Awesome rooms that have been recently renovated. Really comfy beds. Only issue is there are still some things that need to be done to finish off the renovation. Thermostat is a wall unit not yet working, so it’s still an under window unit
