Thank you for your feedback, Christian. I am so happy you enjoyed our beautiful location and modern hotel. Are rooms are not equipped with a toilet brush for hygiene reasons. I apologise you were not informed about our cleaning policy upon check-in; this is communicated via our Welcome Letter and on the TV screen in your room, however it we aim to also verbally explain this.
