Dear Anonymous, We appreciate that you took the time to leave us a review. Since we are a budget hotel we provide simple rooms for a good price. All the extra's such as an additional cleaning comes with a fee. If you are staying for 5 nights or longer you get one complementary cleaning. However you can get clean towels, soap or a hairdryer for free at the reception. The windows do not open due to safety. There is a 24 hour ventilation which provides the room with fresh air. We hope that despite the remarks you made the best out of your time in Amsterdam and Zaandam! Kind regards,

This allows us the offer affordable luxury to everybody! We do have a circulation system for fresh in the building so in that case it's not possible to open the window in your room. If you stay longer than 5 days with us, you get a free cleaning. Otherwise you can also book a cleaning for 15,- euro or just ask our staff the front desk for towels for free.
