Excellent location, but dated motel standards
Excellent location. Individual air-conditioning unit, mini fridge in the room and full scale bath. Overbooked during the weekend so there's no chance of late check-out, at extra cost. Basically entire building worn-out and dated. Avoid accommodation on the first floor, noisy, terrible musty smell. Also be aware of constant noise, rolled trolleys and bushed doors in the morning.

Good hotel for the money. It could do with a little revamp, as it still has very 1980s vibe with visible wear and tear. Breakfast was very limited, but the room was big and clean with spacious bathroom, A/C was working, and the staff was friendly. Also very conveniently located.

Overall ok. Property and room were clean. Room needed some repairs, our balcony door had no handle or lock. Tv remote had no batteries.

Just for one late midnight stay once we arrive Alicante. The furniture is so old. Is ok for guest to stay a day or two . But at least we have breakfast to start our holidays.

Hotel was in a good location for us. Was pleasant enough and quite an old property. Bedroom was a good size with nics en-suite but all a bit dated. Plus the air con didn’t work. Breakfast was buffet style and plenty to eat and drink. Overall a good trip

Basic room, 3 single beds 1 small extension lead with 3 sockets. Couple of cockroaches roaming around. Shower was good, quite noisy when window was open. Would happily stay again though!

We had to pay double for breakfast because they didn't recognize that it was paid for and included. They demanded payment and treated me as if I had wanted to leave without paying.

Hotel conditions are poor. Needs to be upgraded. It looks dirty. We found an uaed band-aid on the floor. Even if they were aware of the cleanliness situation the band-aid was not removed from the floor. They don't care much about cleaning. However, the lady from the front desk was helpful. Also, the location is great. Close to everything and a few blocks from the beach area 5 🌟 for that.

For the price this is an ok hotel for a one night stay to catch or get off the airport bus. The check in receptionist was not very friendly but the check out was ok. My single room was very tired and dated unlike the photos shown but was very clean and served the purpose. The location is very good being central.

Higly insecure-the doors to the terrace can't lock
We tried 2 rooms one after eavh other which were with balcony. The big sliding glass-doors to the balcony were impossible to lock.A lot of the balconies from the other rooms were conected and it is very easy somebody to go to your balcony, to open the glass doors and to enter (or rob) your room when you are not there or if you sleep inside deeply snoring. Basicaly, you don't have absolutely ANY security there for your luggage (this thing with the balcony sliding-doors is the same if you leave the door of your room entirely opened and unlocked. Everybody can go in and take everything they want. Finaly on the 3rd room we had a good luck that room to be without a balcony but just with a normal window on a higher floor. All this process for finding safe room took us more than 40min.
