It is centrally located adjacent to beach, shopping, old town, restaurants but our room leaked from an existing problem and we got downgraded to a smaller room with no compensation. In the transfer I lost a valuable pen so this was not a pleasant experience.

This is the third time we have stayed in this property and it is still as good as ever. First port of call when in Alicante and would not stay anywhere else. Reasonably priced, very comfortable rooms with large bed and power showers. Staff are welcoming and cannot do enough for you.

Our second visit here and still as good as our first. Lovely hotel with individually designed rooms. Comfortable beds. Powerful shower. Very welcoming staff.

The holiday went well in your beautiful hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, good location, but we think the pillows were not good for us. But definitely a strong recommendation for a beautiful unique hotel and we will come back again.
