I had read so many negative comments about the hotel, but it was perfectly fine for our needs. The only complaint I would have is the room was warmer than we would have preferred. The size of the room was larger than most hotels in a location like NYC. We were very happy with it and will stay here agan. Thank you.

Worst service we have ever had. Staff is unfriendly, not trying to help with issues. The room is super noisy and A/C worked very slow. There is also the fire alarm or smoke detector flashing all night. The day we checked in there is also sewer leak smell near the lobby. We had to leave and booked another hotel which the price is cheaper. And they refused to refund. We are still fighting for this. Never book this hotel again.

Nice place
The place is clean and nice. We were awakened at night by the loud noises on I-25. I would ask for a room on the otherside of the hotel if possible.
