There’s a reading light only on one side of the bed; why not a light on each side of the bed? The breakfast was mostly empty at 8:15 am, and was supposed to be served until 9 am. The elevators were out of service the morning we checked out. Very inconvenient for people not staying on the 1st floor. Staff were unfriendly, they never greeted us nor any other guests entering the lobby the entire time of our stay. A simple “hello” would be nice. The location is convenient. The furnishings are very paired down, one of the reasons we chose this hotel, because we travel with a cat and there are fewer places for him to hide. However, all the other negatives will make us rethink this decision and it’s unlikely we’ll stay here again.

Not much parking surrounding the hotel. Hotel shares a property and entrance with a large gas station which made it a bit noisy but once inside the room all was fine

We didn’t stay for breakfast. It starts at 8am which I felt was too late. We typically get up and leave at 6am, so that was a missed opportunity. Overall the hotel was very nice and clean.

Hotel in general was warm. Air conditioning was sub par in the room. We only stayed one night didnt feel we should ask for a different room. Hotel did not smell nice had a very musty smell. Would not stay here again. Breakfast and coffee not great.

Just an observation, not a complaint: The room we stayed in looked like an Ikea showroom. It was clean, the shower was great( best water pressure of all the 7 different hotels we stayed in on our trip!) breakfast was wonderful. Staff was nice.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and the breakfast was good. We won't be spending another night in Albuquerque because of the crime rate. Prior to checking in we ate at the Cracker Barrel a mile up the road. We where shocked to see they had a armed guard at the entrance. When we arrived at the hotel their armed security was making their rounds. What the hell has happened to Albuquerque?

Bed, floor, bathroom, and towels were clean. Loved being able to watch Netflix, the pool table, and breakfast was better than other hotels in this tier. Walls were kind of dirty in the bathroom and throughout the room. The shower floor could use a good scrub.
