The 250.00 cash deposit for damages then had the neeve to put us in a room with Bathroom ceiling falling in and tub was cracked. Refrigerator had dents on the exterior also the inside was missing part, which made it very inconvenient to try to store drinks and food.The cable went out for four hours when we tried to call the front desk the phone in the room died. They sent a Maintenance guy he fixed the cable but nothing else. He stated he would make a note of it. Also the Hot tub was Very dirty. The water was brown You could literally see the dirt.When I notified the front desk she stated next time they could give me a different room. No Compensation. There is no next time ever

Very loud outside of our window Allowing people to stay in the parking area to drink and gather makes it annoying They did leave around midnight I don’t think they were staying there
