The staff was very attentive and accommodating and really tried to make everything perfect. In all the years I have stayed in Ethiopia, this is one of the few comfortable hotel beds I have had. I was thankful for good sleep at night. Th laundry service was also good. The free breakfast night was extensive and very good and the dining room atmosphere was very pleasant.

The surrounding are like much of Addis is still being developed. Street lighting could be better and pavements are not as good as other areas but safe before 10 pm

We had to stay overnight due to a delayed flight. Chose the hotel as it had “excellent” reviews. The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel is old and in need of an upgrade. The bed was awful and bedding even worse. The reviews on Expedia are usually accurate but this one was a miss

I can honestly say...this is the only hotel I will use in Addis! This hotel was super clean and the staff and service was absolutely EXCELLENT!!! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was OUTSTANDING!!!

Overall the staff are very accommodating but the food options are very limited and not fresh. The options in the surrounding area are also limited. The refrigerator in the room didn’t keep food as fresh as expected. Otherwise a great value

I love the customer service from the gate till my room. They are courteous ,welcoming and have smile on their face regardless the country economic situations. The rooms are not bad the coffee was bomb after one sip my eyes were wide awake :). The breakfast was good . But the regular meal from the restaurant I would rate it 7/10.
