Business amenities include a 24-hour business centre, 13 meeting rooms, and limo/town car service. Event space at this hotel measures 21703 square feet (2016 square metres) and includes a conference centre. A health club, a sauna, and spa services are also featured at the luxury Sheraton Grand Adana. Free self parking is available. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 5-star Adana hotel.

Late-night fare is available from 24-hour room service.
