"What a friendly and welcoming group of front desk individuals that made up the TEAM at Springhill Suites in Peabody. Phyllis greeted us (instantly recalling that I had reached out days previous by phone to plan a surprise for my new husband, and she never let on the secret!) Mary greeted us in the morning as we made our way to our complimentary breakfast of freshly made waffles, homefries, eggs, and all the things that make a VACATION BREAKFAST perfect. Mary had gotten information from Phyllis before her, that we were celebrating our wedding and she congratulated us with enthusiasm and joy, with a twinkle in her eyes and a smile that lit up the whole lobby!! The overnight team member, Tom, brought us some luck when I asked him for his lucky number and we were all tickled to win on the roulette wheel with his number when my new hubby and I took the short ride down the road to the casino at Encore.
The facility is clean and it SMELLS GOOD everywhere, I don't know how they manage that! Our room was comfortable and modern and we slept like babies. We're already looking forward to our next stay!!"
