"from the description, just copy-pasted ""24-hour front desk"" CLEARLY WRONG. YOU MUST HAVE A WORKING PHONE WITH YOU TO ACCESS THE RECEPTION. ""Multilingual staff"" CLEARLY WRONG. NO SPEAK ENGLISE. "We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and we liked the balcony. The room was large and furnished very nicely. The only issue that I had was that I was charged 22.50€ city tax when the Expedia receipt showed less than £7."
