I stay at Ruby hotels whenever I can. Mimi is within blocks of the train station so you can walk to the hotel but you do not feel that you are in the station area. The Limmat is just outside the front door so you can sit and enjoy the view of the lights on the water at night. Decor at Mimi is as fabulous as it is at their other locations. The bar area is great and there is a restaurant on site. Rooms as comfortable and clean as always. The staff was exceptional at Mimi so I commend them and thank them for making my stay even more enjoyable. Everything in town is within walking distance so convenient if that is what you are looking for. Thank you Ruby for yet again another great stay.

Great central location in Zurich
Absolutely loved Hotel Ruby Mimi Zurich. Just a couple minutes walk from the main train station. Staff was super helpful with any questions we had. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Loved the movie theater playing some loved films from the past. We would definitely stay here again.

The Bar is unique and cozy. Breakfast is good and coffees were awesome. The movie theater is a bonus if you want to chill out and stay home for a night. The restaurant next door has a romantic vibe and is very convenient. The room was my only disappointment , it was approx. 8 1/2 ft wide. You had to turn side ways to get from one side of the room to the other. The hotel could give a water or have one in your room.

Short walk to the train station and the Zürich Christmas markets. Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Sink was in the bedroom instead of the bathroom, which seems to be the case with all Ruby hotels. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay in a Ruby hotel again.

This hotel is in a nice location and quiet but… for the price there are a lot nicer around! They have a self check-in, which is just annoying, really so that they save on staff… There are no tea/coffee services in the room. On some of the floors (note some) there is a galley with instant coffee and tea bags, to get there one must take the one key provided and head out, leaving the other person in the room in the dark, since you need the key for electricity. No robes, no phone in the room to call reception, because there isn’t really a reception, just the bar. Also the only hotel we have stayed at in Switzerland that doesn’t give you a chocolate! This is not a cheap hotel, we expected more.
