Staff was attentive. Location is good, 5 min tram ride from downtown. Pool is open till 11pm. Perfect for relaxing after a day of touring. Room service is quick and not overpriced. I’ll stay in this property again when I return.

The hotel was further away from the downtown area than we expected. Having said that, the public transportation was easily accessible and easy to use. It wasn't a long walk to Old town if you wanted to walk ( 30 minutes approximately). Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed with family for a week. Good points: - Staff were helpful Areas not so good: - Housekeeping was poor, piles of dirt under the bed and on the AC vent. (Not cleaned despite informing reception) - One of the window blind was broken. - No hair conditioner provided and did not refill the handwash till asked. - Room size was very small and not suitable for family. - Milk was off in one occasion, ran out of Olives once - There appears to be shortage of staff at breakfast - No option to request an omelette/ live cooking - Premises shared with IBIS hotels - kids play area was removed and converted as a waiting area for air Canada crew. - Asked for 20 Franc deposit to issue a UK to EU plug converter. It is not a four star hotel but a good 3 star hotel.
