The hotel is very well located when you have to stay a night in Munich airport. The people working in the hotel are very kind. The room seems to be clean, but the garbage in the bathroom was full, giving me a sensation that maybe they didn’t clean the room before I entered

Great Location - Great Hotel - Very Clean & Comfy
We were staying the evening after a 14 day trip to Europe and flying out the next morning. Great location although the signage to find the hotel within the airport was tough. We checked in around 6:30 ish - check-in was easy and very pleasant. front desk spoke English and check in was quick. Our room was very nice and extremely clean. No issues whatsoever. Space was nicely laid out and plenty of room. Bed was very comfortable and we had great nice sleep. Next morning Breakfast was good and the convenience of just walking directly to our gate was perfect. This was our 4th time staying at this hotel and it was better than ever!

Fantastic But Could Provide a Bottle of Water
This is a beautiful facility in the heart of Munich airport super convenient, great exterior and internal design, very spacious in common areas as well as the room itself. What baffles me though is why the hotel could not provide a complimentary water bottle for each guest. Given the luxury feel of the facility, this should be a no brainer.
