Hotel Firefly was one of the most perfect hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in, truly! Upon arrival the front desk walked us around the property showing us the complimentary spa area which we used each day to warm up in the evenings. Our bags were in our room when we arrived and the room even had a small kitchen so we could make a couple meals which was nice since we were almost two weeks into our vacation upon arrival. The breakfast being served in your room was amazing as well to let you feel like you were home. The location is fantastic and the room was clean and well prepared. Will never stay anywhere else in Zermatt when we return!

Absolutely loved The Firefly. Staff was very kind and super helpful. The Spa was very clean and had all the good stuff🤗. Great views from our beautiful room and it was quiet. One of my favorite hotels I stayed at in Switzerland. Hotel is very unique and the staff show great attention towards guest. Awesome pool and hot tub. The hotel has a cozy bar with a variety of drinks and a massive amount of different Gins. Will definitely stay at this location again.
