We loved this hotel, great area, staff excellent. Although we couldn’t find any prices online for the restaurant, which would normally be a deterrent, we chanced it and it was great food, reasonably priced with an Italian flair.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, nice breakfast. They lose a star however. The day before we left I received an email from the Sheraton saying we could continue to use the Wellness centre after check out and my son was looking forward to a swim. When we checked out I tried to confirm this was ok with the lady on reception. She asked a supervisor before saying no..we couldn't use the facilities...resulting in an unhappy boy.

This property was very convenient to be able to walk and see the historic parts of Zagreb. The room was enormous and all conveniences were provided, including hairdryer shampoo, etc. there was lots of place to store things and a handy bathrobe to keep me warm. They had a very nice breakfast buffet with lots of fruit.
