Was a good stay but because we had Tattoos we was not allowed into the Baths or Pool. The pool was also closed for the year which was not stated and when we asked about the Baths we was not told about the Tattoos until we tried to go in. Apart from this it was a good stay

This is my 2nd time in this location, and I was able to choose different views! Buffet is also fantastic! Close to lots of places visit, and transportation is very accessible. Will be staying here again next time.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very clean, convenient location, close to train stations. I had incredible views of Yokohama Minato Mirai area. Mt. Fuji was viewable from my room as well.

Good amenities but terrible sewage smell..
Great location and amenities, however, out bathroom smelled really bad that it seeped into our room. It was a terrible sewage smell. Apparently this is a common problem with APA hotels across Japan. Because of this we chose to stay in other hotels for the rest of the trip in Japan.
