This property is at the back of main property and is completely private.

There is no parking at this property nor on the drive way, guests will have to park on the street. Air-conditioning is at this property to help cool the house down in our hot Aussie summers or warm up in the winter.
Small kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to cook for your short stay.
This property has the most amazing views overlooking the ocean. Access to the rocks below for that morning stroll, walk along to get to beach. It is well situated, has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Property is behind the main house. Completely private. Access is through the grassed walkway and on your left.
Parking is on street at front of main property.

For longer term stays beyond one month (4 weeks) if there is excessive electricity use, a claim will be made through VRBO/Stayz for reimbursement for user usage for the time of staying at property.
We will deem what is claimable and excessive for the term of the stay.
