It was quite beautiful and the staff were very kind. The only thing I can find fault in is how far the sound travels from halls to rooms but it was otherwise a lovely stay

I had a very nice stay. The only thing I can suggest is to turn up the hot tub temp and use less chlorine. The smell as so strong that it burned my eyes after a minute.

Great for a family stay
This was a great overnight stay. 1. Beds very comfortable 2. Breakfast was great for everyone. 3. Pool a little small, but hot tub was perfect 4. Staff very friendly. Only other thing that could make it better would be tickets to a water park with stay like other hotels in the area give. Just know pets are allowed and barking happens

Very nice size rooms, quiet, front desk staff were all super helpful. Decorations were nice. Beds were way too soft for me, but some people like this.Breakfast was not good. Many extremely outdated yogurts in the cooler. Eggs were way over cooked and breads were all dried out.I have a service dog and a specific employee told me several different times my dog couldnt be in different areas. I explained hes a service dog and he would always respond, " but dogs aren’t allowed here." Possibly some education needed there. Overall we had a great visit.

This is our 2nd time staying here, great staff, close to everything Dells, low fee for our dogs and dog freindly which is very nice, a quieter hotel in the Dells from others we've stayed in, good breakfast. We will stay again.

There was a mix up with the room thanks to Expedia, and the hotel fixed it right away. The room was large and spacious for the handicap room. TV was broken and they also fixed that right away. I’d stay there again.

Beautiful hotel, but...
Went for an overnight Anniversary getaway. Very nice hotel. Staff was helpful. They have a nice area outside with a gas burning fireplace. Only downside was that our room wasn't cleaned as well as I would have thought or expected.
