The kids pool by the lobby was freezing, my child refused to get in. The hotel clerk said "Oh I thought the heater was fixed" so that entire pool area was unusable. The other pool area, the main pool was murky and dirty. The place wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there. There was hair clumps, broken necklaces, someone's bowl, etc there our entire stay. The hot tub was closed and that kids area was cold and the equipment is all so old and ripped apart you can't even slide down one slide cause there's missing chunks. The pool "opened" at 8 but we swam in darkness. I asked the desk clerk and she said around 815 they'd come on. Simply because that's when the worker would be there to flip the switch. You cannot have a pool open but no lights on. That is ridiculous. Nothing has been redone in atleast a decade. I bought 2 sodas from the lobby fridge. It is not at a proper temperature so they were room temperature (annoying by itself) but there was milk for sale. That could make someone extremely sick. Especially a child!!! Our jacuzzi tub drain had black mold. Our coffee machine was missing parts and we had to call to get the part. The couch in our room had crumbs on it. Not once did I see or hear a vacuum the entire stay. It's old, dirty, broken and no child (or adult) should waste their time or money at Atlantis. When I checked out around 10 their were 5 employees sitting at the desk area. 3 of them could have been cleaning. I will never return and I will make sure every fam

One pool was not heated and could not be used. The heated pool was milky white and had all kinds of hair and stuff floating in it. We booked for 2 nights and left after 1 to another hotel. The room was ok but not cleaned well there stuff on the walls and on the side tables. All the furniture was on a slant amd not level so none of the drawers would stay closed. The bathroom was so tiny you had to stand behind the door to close the door to get to the toilet. The parking lot had a huge pot hole that you couldnt drive around. The staff was nice but for this to be a choice hotel that is usually packed during peak season it was not well taken care of. I would not stay here again.

Upon arrival to our room, we did not have any working lights. Staff came up and was able to flip a breaker switch and turn our lights back on about an hour later they turned back off because we’ve tried to plug in our telephones. we went to use the swimming facilities. There was no bar and the hot tub was not working. We found out later that night. Other people‘s lights were turned off. There must be bad, lighting or short fuses. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again they did end up switching our room because they were not able to get the lights turned back on.

Family goes every year for the holidays and we love it! Kids enjoy the pool, the arcade, and all the slides. Very family oriented and great place for a little getaway.

A couple things i didnt like 1. The room still had trash in it from a previous use i assume 2. Advertised free breakfast, but when i got there i was told the breakfast was only for teams or big groups & even then you have to call ahead & arrange something with them prior to arrival. 3. Advertised as having 3 pools & an indoor Waterpark. They do have 3 pools 2 inside 1 outside however they do not have a Waterpark. 4. on expedia after paying for the booking i was only supposed to pay 40$ at the hotel plus late checkout ( 20$) yet when i got to the hotel i had to pay 118$, when asked why the change from what i was quoted the receptionist said it was taxes which didnt make sense at all. 5. The cable cord for the tv in the room was very faulty, hotel maintenance supposedly fixed it around 8pm but it didnt last any more then an hour, i decided to ask the front desk if they had a replacement cord, they told me no & that id have to wait till 9am the following day for maintenance to come with a new cord. Luckily im tech savy so i was able to fix it myself without the new cord for the duration of our stay. 6. The hotel wifi was completely trash, i brought my ps5, but couldn't use it because everytime i tried to connect to the wifi i would get an error message that said & i quote " wifi signal too weak for connection " im like how is the wifi too weak inside the hotel. Even when id connect my phone to the wifi, it was really slow & wouldnt stay connected. Wouldnt stay here again.
