Stay was horrible. I broke out from our room being infested with bed bugs, manager was unhelpful. I was told they would come up to the room to check for more bed bugs but when I came back down to front desk and asked them when they could do that she stated she didn’t have time to do that. Never again will I stay here. This is my first time here and they ruined my whole dell’s experience.

Checked into a suite 1 king with 2 queen bed , sofa bed, tub jacuzzi in Wisconsin dells . Pools were nice . Room looked very nice but woke up in the middle of the night with bites all over my arms and some on my back , removed covers and found a bed bug! Went to front desk to let them know, showed them pictures , they said they would go up and look before I check out (they never did, manager said she didn’t have time) , they put us in another room for the night and said they can refund me my money . Manager didn’t seem to care much when I spoke to her about the situation, Be careful , I’m sure they arent solving the issue to take care of those bed bugs , they clean up and let the next person check in.

The first time we came here it was amazing no issues at all. This time there were always rocks keeping the back doors open all night. We went to leave and there was someone smoking on the path in between the doors. I said something to the manager when I checked out and was told they’d look into it.

Unclean & smelly
The fridge in our room smelled awful and I complained two separate times about it. We couldn't even use it because if we opened it then the room would stink for half an hour. The room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, sheets were stained. There were no vending machines, even though there were vending machine signs. All that was offered in the cooler upfront was diet Pepsi & yellow red bull. Cheese sticks & beef sticks. The room itself just had a weird smell. Staff was okay. Pool towels aren't kept in the pool area. Waiting up front for them took several minutes. Wish I would have checked reviews before booking. We won't be booking here again.

Bathroom was dirty, asked staff to clean and they never did. It was fine for a night with a 3 year old, but no more than that. Overall just run down, but that’s to be expected for the price

We didn’t have hot water in our room, but they moved us and upgraded our second room, and that room was really nice. Our first room was nice as well minus the no hot water lol. Overall I would stay there again.

Over all it was a good stay just try to stay away during busy times try to go when there is nothing going on otherwise it will be packed but when its not you'll have the nice pool and hot tub

The room/hotel did not look like the pictures on the website. Walking in the fish tank was green and dingy. The room had a bad musty smell and there was a dehumidifier in the room. The bed had essentially only sheets on it no blankets. The shower was only luke warm in the morning and the whirlpool wasn’t even able to be used because it didn’t get warm enough. Only nice thing was the location. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Overall we won’t be coming back.

Definitely, avoid. The staff were friendly, but our visit was short and very challenging. The internet was down when we first arrived and the staff member was unable to verify if our booking had been paid (it had been). The patio off our room had half a bottle of Coke and a broken patio chair. The power went out (not their fault, I recognize). The pillowcase on the King bed had hair on it. Finally, when I pulled the bed out of the couch, cheesies flew with it. We requested a refund and changed hotels for the night.

This is our third time staying at the Atlantis and the property needs some maintenance. When you walk into the lobby, there is a big fish tank with koi and the water is so dirty you can barely see the fish. I felt so bad for them. The slide in the big pool is falling apart. So much so that my daughter got hurt on the rough edge. There was mold in the pool surfaces and there wasn’t even soap in the bathrooms in the pool area. The bathtub in our room was so gross. We refused to use it.
