Our room was not ready for three and a half hours after check-in time. For us to enter the room having a bag over the smoke detector the floors not even swept and toys still left in the middle of the room and food still in the fridge. The worst part of this experience was the lack of hot water for a room with a jacuzzi making my entire stay in this room useless. When calling staff I couldn't because our room phone was not even hooked up with service calling the front desk from our cell phone we found out they had no way to make the water any warmer than lukewarm...horrible experience ill NEVER BE RETURNING!

We stayed for 5 nights and the entire time we were told that the hot tub was going to be working and it wasn’t. Very disappointed because we booked this hotel because of the hot tub then we found a COCKROACH on the fridge we called the front desk and a lady came to kill it with a rag…. she then proceeded to wipe the counters with the SAME RAG SHE KILLED THE COCKROACH!! DISGUSTING!! Also the front desk lied to me about the manager not being there (while on the phone) but the funny thing is she didn’t know I understood Spanish and was listening to her speak in Spanish to the manager about my situation. SUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH MY ENTIRE STAY!!

We had a fun time with two small children five and three. The downside was we had called and asked if there was a hot tub and they said yes but it was not working and had not been working for a while but they neglected to tell us that. Other than that it was a fun stay.

Lotsa potential - disappointing
Linked 2 reservations together - was ASSURED there'd be NO difficulties - wrong. Keys did not work, continuous automated texts. In addition, the scheduled cleaning did not take place - lobby SAID cleaning team found "do not disturb" on our door - WE NEVER GOT A "DO NOT DISTURB" card - were ASSURED it would be done the next day - NEVER OCCURRED- In addition, hotel charged TRIPLE the posted rate for "on site fees" - no breakfast or even coffee, shower curtain was about 4 inches too short for tub, and parking lot was unlit and in serious need of repair - looked much better on "paper"

My stay was nice! The staff were very friendly. I had a whirlpool in my room. I wish the adult bed was in the bedroom. I Did not have privacy from kids. I loved the balcony view and that the pool was down the hall.

New favorite place to stay
This is an older hotel, but they have made some upgrades. We stayed in a suite with 3 beds and it was a lot of space. Overall, our room was clean. We come to the Dells often and we will continue to stay here. Front desk was very nice. They made sure we got to our room ok and called to see if we needed anything half way through our stay. Indoor pools were nice size. For the price and size, definitely a good choice.
