I honestly wouldn’t stay at this specific location again, checking in was a hassle I was told to call back for an early check in and when I did I was hung up on multiple times and had to call again. When I did get to check in I was double charged for because they “didn’t receive the payment” and I’ve still not gotten a refund and now no one followed up with me -By far my worse experience at a holiday inn.

A very old hotel that's been painted and rebranded but for the cost it's definitely not worth the price. After our room card didn't work twice they "upgraded" us but the new room was no different than any other standard room. The hotel felt old and already a little outdated on top of being dark and a little dreary. The photos definitely don't reflect what you see when you arrive.

The Hotel is kinda OK, but the area is terrible. Very dirty and unsafe. I've been on the road from Halifax to Calgary for 10 days, and I have never felt the bike I had in a bike hack could be stolen. Guess what: it was stolen in the hotel parking lot. You can tell how unsafe the area is by the number of security personel inside the hotel. And they don't even care having someone in the parking lot. Take real care when you are in this hotel area. To make matters worse, they charged me $10 dollars more than the rate I got from Expedia. I will NEVER come back to this hotel.
