Great hotel! Very friendly staff. I was with my toddler and the staff were very helpful. The only thing that was a little disappointing is the shuttle service was not 24/7. We had to get a taxi since our flight was before the shuttle service opened at 5am.

This airport hotel was comfortable and conveniently located. The courtesy transport was quick and efficient. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially with suggestions for places to eat.

Close to airport and conveniently located with many amenities within walking distance. Easy check in and friendly and helpful staff. Was a quick one night stopover with an early flight so didnt get a chance to have breakfast. Lots of self parking in the hotel.

My stay was only one night, but I found the hotel staff to be extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful - from my first interaction upon arrival through to my departure - everyone with whom I interacted was very professional. My room (430) was neat, and met expectation, although the hallways were rather dim, and not as updated as the rooms. Some additional attention to vacuuming and dusting could be displayed. The distance to downtown is manageable ($12 Uber ride). Given the hotel is near the airport, there aren't many local services (coffee shops, places to get food) within walking distance, but the hotel shuttle can be requested to transport short distances (drop off, not pick up). Overall, I would certainly recommend, especially given how lovely the staff were.
