The heating fan was very loud, I had to turn it off as it was disturbing my sleep. In addition, although it blows hot air if you stand in front of the fan, my bed which was on the side of the wind had a lot of cold air circulating.

Exceeded expectations!
The room was huge and clean (got the king with sofa bed). Completely dog friendly with bowls, treats and a special sheet for the dog. Room looked out into the village (50/50 chance, so we got lucky). The walk to the blackcomb ski gondola was only about a 5min walk - so close! Pool and hot tub are outside, but both heated. We really just loved our stay. I was thinking this might be a one-time trip, but after this experience, we'll definitely be back.
