A very cozy place. Very friendly and courteous staff. I wanted a firmer mattress and they provided me with a mattress pad which made my sleep comfortable. I was impressed with the follow up,and checking on me if all was well.

I really enjoyed the crystal lodge. My only wish is that the rooms were a bit more insulated. I could totally hear the people above me that came in late and were talking loudly. And I could hear someone snoring beside me.

The room was clean and quiet but very small. That was fine since I was by myself. Location is very walkable. Lots of restaurants nearby. I would stay again if traveling alone but wouldn’t if I had my family with me.
