The room was a little small for 5 people but was only needed for sleeping in anyway. Clean and comfortable. Would happy stay again

Excellent stay. Our check in was very fast and the staff member was so friendly and efficient. The room was clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable and the updated bathroom was nice too. Plenty of tea and coffee facilities were also provided. The hotel was quiet yet still conveniently located. Highly recommend!!

We had a warm & comfortable stay at this accommodation. The only downside was there wasn’t much around in the likes of nice dining. It was all fast food or a tavern I didn’t really want to take my child too as it was quite loud. The staff were very helpful & made our room with care each day.

Staff were lovely,check in was quick and easy,id stay again,id only say one other thing which isnt a complaint but the stairwell had no light which made it a bit hard going up and down safely,good value for money though

I booked pay at hotel, but I still not coming yet, they charge my money. Expedia say on website put credit card for secure only, but they charge money. I accept to pay at hotel price cost more than normal charge directly on Expedia website, but they still charge me before I come. Secondly they charge another more than the price I pay at hotel. Very bad, I ask them then they charge me another money same price when I booked online. Mean they charge me 2 times, then I have to go reception they refund for me one. But even like that no good services in this hotel
