The staff were phenomenal. They were so helpful with every request I had. And the amazing front desk staff were very compassionate with us when we had a deer collision accident, they made us stay an hour extra to be comfortable in our room to wait for our ride to pick up a car rental replacement. Kudos to our house keeper staff Joy. She indeed gave joy to us - the crazy fun girls from Edmonton

Good breakfast. I like their waterslide, pool, and hot tub. People at the front desk are very friendly. They found an electronic kettle for me. On my check-out day, I passed by the lobby in the morning and found the Halloween decorations had just been put on. They were not there one night before. It looks so cool!
