Enjoyed my stay, only wish it was for longer. I would definitely recommend the Crandell Mountain Lodge to family and friends. The Room was respectable and clean. Staff were respectful and helpful.

Property is old but renovated. We stay at the Superior suite, 4 people. It was really good but we wished the washroom was outside and not inside one room leaving access to other people from the different room. Kitchenette was great, they even had utensils and baking oven. Good place to stay.

Foyer was filthy! Stains on carpeting and debris on the floor. Room was tiny with two beds pushed together. One on the beds was so tilted that I had to use pillows to keep from rolling off. Bathroom was small but nice.

Neat older hotel just as you enter the village of Waterton, close to the Prince of Wales hotel and restaurant, close to the village parks and activities, close to the Waterton Park Parkways to see scenic views and wildlife. Love this place.

Excellent place to stay in the park. Our suite was cozy and surprisingly updated, with a full kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms. The only downside was the creaky floors-- we happened to be there on a night when our upstairs neighbors paced their room instead of sleeping, and with the creaky floors, we were up all night too.

Decent rooms in older hotel with full kitchens however management needs to invest on air conditioning. We were there during a heat wave and our room got upto an unbearable 30 degrees every night.

Tiny shower stall with door opening to very awkward position. Door lock was broken, which took them one day to fix, so we had to carry our luggage with us when going out the whole day.

The bedroom was good Looks recently renovated Quirky bathroom The toilet was tight to the right side wall Felt very different when seated It is an older building so a few squeaks and groans were expected but we could hear the guests above us constantly stomping about and that got quite annoying

Ground floor room was extremely noisy from rooms above - foot stomping, running etc Washroom was very cramed and almost unuseable Meal in dining room was hyped as fantastic but in reality was subpar , small portions , part of the meal was over cooked , other part was served luke warm and pricing was High-end

The room was cute but tiny. No air conditioning. No TV which is only an issue because the Olympics are on! We requested a king bed and it definitely was not a king bed in a 12x12 room. Quite an expensive room for the size and lack of amenities.
