I arrived after hours, and found it highly difficult to understand the availability of parking and valet and bellhop services.
In an unfamiliar city, arriving alone, and late, and concerned for the safety of myself and my car and its contents, this facility failed to provide steps and appropriate explanations.
The website and FAQ should provide each step required to engage each service, and provide the time of day when a service degrades to “reduced staff/late night” mode, and explain all changes.
WIFI instructions should be printed on the card key’s paper sleeve.
Vital services associated with safe checkin need to be abundantly clear. It is extremely easy to maintain current steps and procedures in a FAQ.
Personal safety is a rising concern in every major city. There should be clear steps and zero guesswork required for any guest who wants to understand and follow best practices for personal safety and theft avoidance.
Your FAQ is woefully incomplete.
