The room was clean and staff friendly but do not stay here if the weather is warm in March or April because you can't regulate the temperature. It was 78 degrees in the room and uncomfortable. They have central air and can't turn it on in the spring.

Staff not accommodating despite asking for an earlier check in. Last request made around 1:30 and still no go. We had to wait til 3 pm. We were very tired from 5 AM trip . She mentioned because they were fully booked . Why does it have to be at exactly 3? Because I made many call through the day, I was hoping they can at least accommodate even at 2 . On check out, the lady told us there was no valet who can pick up our car and thank God the other lady intervened and said she will call someone . Why are they not on the same page ? Room clean and big but air conditioning not working . Next door restaurant sucked . We got there at 8:30 pm so hungry and tired and despite there’s many open tables available , the lady told us a wait time of 30 min to an hour . Really ? I mentioned the restaurant coz their flyer was posted inside the hotel . Hotel in great location which was the only plus I can think of .

My only complaint would be the coffee in the lobby was out of creamer the only time I got a coffee. The lady at the desk (red hair) was so polite and kind. The room sizes are great and kitchen had everything we would have needed for a long stay. Would stay there again.

The staff is very helpful and accommodating, had an issue with room and they fixed the problem very quickly. Parking attendant next to hotel a woman didn’t get her name (bad with names ) she is wonderful. The hotel is walkable to lots of food places and sightseeing areas. Would definitely stay again!

Loved it! In a great area. If you’re there for sightseeing, be prepared to walk… a LOT! Not really close to anything without getting your steps in.

Great location for public transportation. There is an attached bar, but beware when you enter the hotel the people from the bar like to smoke in front of the hotel entrance.

Very nice location! The room is well equipped. Everything works very well! The staffs are very helpful and friendly! Coffee was available the whole day, even with fresh milk! The location is pretty center, close to all historical sites. Everything can be found nearby, restaurants, cafes, groceries. However, the streets are very busy. We experienced a fire alarm in an early morning in the building. Throughout the night, there were always some alarms in the street, which were very loud. It impacted our sleep.

Great hotel & price. The only thing that was kinda bad was the thin walls but that was it. The kitchen in the room was amazing and the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom!
