The room was very small considering how expensive it was per night. The bed or pillows were not very comfortable and we woke up more tired. Front desk initially refused to give me and my family complimentary breakfast vouchers, despite staying 3 nights and offering these to other guests. I insisted and eventually obtained for myself and two children for the three days. Pool area did not have good lighting during night hours when we went. The food was standard. I stayed here previously and had an overall better experience.

The first night our room wasn’t cleaned. No room service on the weekend, ice machines not working, phone cord broken so couldn’t call to the desk, had to ask for coffee, no creamer. We asked the concierge for recommendations and we went there and couldn’t be seated for 3 hours! Went on our own and made out better. I expected way more out of a Hyatt!

Location was perfect for access to Capital District. The bathroom in the room we were staying in had an odor of urine. The room was basically clean, but clearly an older room tucked in on the 8th floor not getting much attention.

I like the quiet discreet atmosphere, polite staff, no crowds to check in or out. I like the minimalistic approach: qr code for information, express check out and filtered water in the lobby. I did not like the food choice and its quality in the small convenience store on the premise; the staff in this stor was not polite as well.
