Overnight in DC
The check-in was poor. They had two people working the food counter. Finally, someone showed up and then had to set up their computer; check-in took 10 minutes. Expect a little more than this from Hyatt. They charge $60 for valet parking. I used the public parking garage down the street instead for $32. On the positive side, the room was large, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was OK.

Great property, close to the National Mall. Breakfast was great but make sure to watch the times for the morning. They will start taking it down a little early. They have food at night but not room service. Overall, very pleased.

It was my very first time to Washington DC The hotel was in an excellent location. It was in walking distance to the Museum of the Bible. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, professional and caring! They also had a convenient taxi cab call button to push for transportation needs. We found out that Taxi or Uber is the best way to get around DC. Pretty good selections offered at the bar and the restaurant has really goid burgers and sandwiches! Truly enjoyed my stay

We recently stayed for 1 week. We loved how walkable it was to the Wharf area, as well as to the National Mall and 2 Metro stations. My only small complaint was the low water pressure in the shower. The morning breakfast was always hot and had lots of options to choose from.

The staff was friendly. Our room was ready earlier than expected and it was clean. I also appreciated the extra layer of security when navigating the building with our hotel key. It would also be nice if the bar stayed open later than 10pm. The hotel could use some upgrades in the common areas of the hotel.

The location is the only good thing , however they charge you 55 dollars for parking alone, you can park in the streets if you are going to the mall so it is not worth it to use their garage Our sink was getting clogged all the time, Bed was not comfortable and not presented well.. breakfast was ok It is not worth the total 375 total that i paid.

Stayed here with my two kiddos and husband. We really enjoyed the hotel, the breakfast was good, the staff were nice, the hotel was clean. Definitely walkable to the national mall and the wharf. Would stay here again!
