The staff is amazing, the service is one of the best I have experienced anywhere, always willing to help us. The hotel went the extra mile to make us feel "at home". We check-in on the 24th and were welcomed with presents and free breakfast vouchers for our 4 nights stay. It is a friendly hotel for kids, our son enjoy playing with other kids in a special area they have for them. Very pleasant stay. Thanks!!

We arrive on Dec 31, there were not hand soap on the bathroom, they have a refill bottle however the one for washing hands was real Empty Also I check out everything was ok however 30 min after u did the check they try to charge my credit card for 50$?

This a good location, walking distance to everything. There are NO convenience stores ANYWHERE , the nearest department store is. 5 miles away and that’s a Walmart. Hotel was good, some staff better than others. Definitely worth the stay for all the tourists highlights.. Hotel should advise staff to brush up on local landmarks and distance to them from hotel, example tell people it’s a 6 minute walk to the metro, yet going via the building across the road it’s two minutes.

The room was spacious and the staff was amazing. On the other hand, the room was smelly, and the bathroom smelled even worse. The room's walls were falling apart in some places. This is an old property that has not been upgraded in a long time. The garage was also falling apart. There were walls crumbling everywhere. It was dirty too.

Worst hotel stay
I was very disappointed. some of the elevators were out of order. The vending machine was pretty empty. I called the front desk and was told there are vending machines on every floor, and was instructed to check the other floors. There were no microwaves in the rooms. You had to take your food down to the lobby to use one. Housekeeping was horrible. They made the beds, but the sheets kept coming off. The housekeeping staff would use the guest elevators, so you would have to wait for the elevator to come back, or be in the elevator with all the carts and dirty laundry. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had an adjoining room with a stranger who talked constantly. It was hard to sleep. The plugs are outdated. The fridge froze all my g Food and drink. The lamps were cool. The staff was friendly.
