Was centrally located between Union Station, tourist attractions and a nice selection of restaurants. The room was clean, staff is friendly. Overall, a good stay. I would definitely stay there in the future. They accommodated a late check out. My only minor gripe was that after requesting and being granted a late check out - the housekeeping still came knocking several times. I have found this to be very common that the front desk and housekeeping don’t communicate these things. In fancy hotels it rarely happens but in moderate hotels, always. Good solid hotel though.

This hotel is very good at being what is- a no frills, lower cost but comfortable alternative for staying in downtown DC. The rooms were clean and convenient, beds comfortable, and it had a good shower. The breakfast was the lowest quality type hotel breakfast, but at least you can grab a yogurt and muffin. The immediate neighborhood is mostly condos and seems fairly non-sketchy, and it is about a ten minute walk to Judiciary Square metro. I would recommend this hotel if you are just looking for a good place to crash in the evening, not a posh DC hotel experience.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It was convenient and the rooms were commodious. My only concern was that the staff exhibit a degree more of professionalism and hospitality when interacting with guests. Also, I called down for an item and was falsely promised delivery of it.

The P6 bus 1/2 block from the hotel takes visitors right to the mall near the US Capitol. Breakfasts are quite ample. Wonderful.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It was affordable, the included Breakfast was very good, the Staff was VERY nice, and the rooms, as well as the lobby, were clean and neat.
