Room was ok except for the dirty couch so stained I refused to sit or touch it, and the bathroom has a horrible smell form the time I checked in until I left - the heat was not working - sent all that info to the text they sent me and no one ever responded - the room was a nice size and the bed was ok - I wouldn't stay here again

Overall the hotel was decent at best. The rooms air conditioning would not get cold at all after 5 minutes the thermostat would reset to 78 degrees which was extremely annoying. Parking was valet only at $65 a night and there’s really no other good safe options for parking without it being a 15 min walk. I booked this hotel specifically for the amenities like the morning breakfast which was $7 per person each morning, the food was beyond disgusting. To gain access to the fitness center and pool area you had to use a credit card which was shady to me. The hot tub was also closed and staff had no clue when it would be fixed which was annoying because it was one of the reasons I had booked this hotel over the others.
