A really great stay. The staff was amazing. The front desk staff were pleasant and professional and the restaurant staff were attentive and great. We stopped in for a bite to eat late and didn’t expect much but, as a party of 7, we all had amazing food with a very fun waiter. Really made the night.

From check-in to check-out, the customer service was impeccable. Everyone was so attentive and pleasant. The location of the hotel isclose to a grocery store and CVS, which is always a plus for me. The rooms were nice and clean as well!

I stayed at this property, with my 13 yo daughter, Location is key has a grocery store right next-door has plenty of places nearby to eat and a McDonald’s not even a mile away that is 24 hours. I appreciate the security the hotel provided at 9 PM. They locked the lobby doors and you can enter without using your key. Our room was clean and great!

Worst check-in experience ever! Did not see it coming from Hilton. We travelled in June. We had reserved two rooms through single Expedia booking since we were travelling with one more family. Called one day prior to confirm if we could checkin little late for two rooms. Arrived ~10pm and started the check-in process.  Staff at the front desk asked for CC and ID proof. Made sure payment for one room goes through. Then called second staff to start check-in for the second room. Surprize surprize, second room check in staff says second room is not available.  I get it that hotels can be overbooked and they may need to bump out some reservation if it's overbooked. In this case, staff deliberately did not share this info during check-in for the first room and only shared it once payment for first room went through. Since one room payment had been deducted we had no option but to take one room and the other room had to be in a different hotel. So much for booking multiple rooms via expedia.  Staff made no attempt to explain the situation or why they behaved the way they did. In fact they were defending their behaviour as if everything was as per protocol. We called and confirmed with expedia that we indeed had both rooms under the same reservation. They were not sure why hotel would say otherwise.  Would highly recommend staying away from this hotel.

Great hospitality by the hotel. We got an early check-in on request which was truly appreciated as we had come off a flight from the west coast with no sleep. The room was surprisingly huge for the urban area and was well maintained. Will come back for sure.

Despite the bad reviews... i was ver pleased with this hotel. It IS up to Hilton standards. Train from airport is just around the corner. The train to Nationals Park is qhuick and easy to use. If you are usung Capital City Bike share... there are 2 statuons around the corner. Good restaurants, Starbucks and grocery store in the area as well. The staff was great! I didn't try the hotel restaurant because I was always on the go, so i can't critic that. Other than that... great place to stay.
