Good choice near transportation
Comfortable, safe, clean, good location a block from the red line metro. Half an hour from metro center, another 10 min to union station. My second stay here, and will choose it again next time I’m in the dc area.

Stayed here for New Years. Everything is either a quick uber ride or walk away. Anngel at the front desk is wonderful. Main lobby is super cute and comfortable. Some of the rooms could be cleaner and had signs of wear/tear. Overall, a great stay for a great price.

I always will stay here when I visit DC area. Is great as all the Hilton, but the parking lot it’s a plus, we didn’t have to walk in the cold weather to get the car, so perfect for me. There is a bar / restaurant in the corner with amazing food, the train station is just a block away, so many stores , pharmacies and restaurants around. Great location , we will be back

Check in was smooth & easy. Front desk staff were welcoming& helpful. We worked with Gary & Anjou. They helped us and made our stay pleasant. Now before I say what was wrong, I again want to say Anjou and Gary did rectify the situation. We first checked in and got our key. Upon entering our room we could smell “sewage” we thought being the city maybe plumbing issues. Well in the restroom our first glance it looked clean but when it came to flushing the toilet there was feces on the handle and splattered on the tank. We alerted Gary at front desk and asked if someone could come and clean the restroom. We left the room to have dinner, when we returned we pulled down the sheets and found debris in the sheets. Went back to front desk and let the staff know our situation. Immediately Anjou said no you have already had a problem earlier we’re going to move you to another room. This isn’t ok & it’s not the first time we’ve heard this. Please excuse the inconvenience we apologize about that-we just hired new staff and they aren’t used to having the standard our hotel holds. We’re still training them. We changed rooms, got a better room but did notice the towels were dirty in the restroom, hair wiped on the wall from previous guests & filters from vape in the foldout bed. At this point it’s late, we just ask for more towels and wipe down the room ourselves.
