LOCATION
The new Convention Center/Blagden Alley area radiates urban cool. You'll be just 5 blocks away from landmarks like the National Portrait Gallery and the National Museum of American Art. The White House and the National Gallery of Art on the National Mall are both an 11-block walk. If you are here for a concert or sporting event the Verizon Center is just 6 blocks away. You'll be able to run most errands on foot, not to mention walking to a variety of really wonderful and interesting restaurants and cafes (check out Kinship, The Dabney, All Purpose Pizza, La Colombe, Rogue 24, and Corduroy). There's also a Giant supermarket two blocks away if you'd prefer to eat at home in your peaceful space.

TRANSPORTATION

The station contains two train lines (AMTRAK; and MARC trains to and from Maryland). Also accessible are the Metro's Red Line; Metrobuses; the "Circulator" Bus; tour operators; rental cars; and bikes.
