1st time visiting
It was a very clean hotel. Loved walking into the lobby and it smelled so good. They have a Starbucks which was a plus. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the staff were so nice and helpful. This hotel is close to airport, mall and so many food places to choose from. I would definitely stay here again, so welcoming! This was my 1st time visiting Washington. Great experience!

Property is good value for the price, close to Reagan airport. The staff & the brasserie are both excellent. For transport to the airport at 3am the staff suggested using Lyft or Uber as the taxis are unreliable. Great suggestion & good to know. I used Lyft for the first time to get to the airport at 3am & it was a wonderful experience.

Pleasant surprise!
We chose to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott based on (1) price and (2) proximity to the airport, downtown DC, and Old Town Alexandria. While our decision was purely practical, this property turned out to be so much more! Ethan, the desk clerk, put us in an 11th-floor room with an amazing view of the sunrise. It was modern and well-appointed, and our rain shower spacious and indulgent (but well-designed; we’ve had some that flood the bathroom floor!) The towels were soft and absorbent. We did not avail ourselves of the Happy Hour, cafe, or on-site parking, but noted they were available. We will definitely return!

We stay here everytime we come to Crystal city. Metro is 15min walk away, restaurants alone. Staff friendly, hotels and rooms kept very clean. Great place to stay if you are in Crystal city.
