I was very impressed upon arriving. Even impressed when first arriving to our room. Room appeared clean and very satisfactory that is until I woke up in the middle of the night to find a roach crawling down the nightstand. I immediately called guest service and was moved to another room but we all know roaches migrate. If I had time I would have found another hotel. We were initially in room 805.

The property was well kept. The room and all surrounding areas were very clean. In the website it was indicated that the parking was included. At check in, I was told that the parking was $47.00 per night. I told the front desk personnel, that it would be better to let customers know in advance that parking is $47 per night. He kept repeating the price of the parking, as if I was unable to hear him. He was very rude and obnoxious. Customer service can make or break your business. I was very disappointed with the customer service.

This was a beautiful room, the location was excellent, staff was friendly and witty, the hotel has a lot to offer with food and amenities, don’t take the parking offer, there is parking outside and the walk is short.
