Trip to bury my brother at ANC.
The room that I had for me abd my husband was an excellent suite with two rooms. Thank you. Me and my family enjoyed having such an oasis experience from our time of having to bury my brother (a veteran of 37 years of service )in the Arlington National Cemetary.

Reasonable priced accommodation in Washington with breakfast and free parking. We are locally and walked to the local metro for transport into Washington. Staff helpful Unfortunately it didn’t have laundry which was advertised on Expedia and we were relying on that.

This property surely is the definition of "you get what you paid for". It's old in the worst way possible and seemingly falling apart at the seams. The elevator was hazardous and there was caution tape left after a scene of what - I dont know. However the breakfast was good, actually better than some of the more expensive places I've been. The bathroom had a fun heating element and parking is free. Which is why we stayed in the first place. All in all the walls were thin, the smell was unpleasant, and riding the elevator was a gamble BUT for the price the place was clean, conveniently close to the metro line, and the consumables were delicious. I would likely not stay here again (because the elevator is the only way to get to the rooms) but I wouldn't take it off my list of places to stay for weekend stays near DC. *some added complaints: my room in particular had a gap between the top of the door and door frame, large enough to fit fingers through. It was also a little confusing when we first arrived. There's only one sign that tells you where to park and if you're on your own you can't take the elevator up you have to walk up the ramp to the front desk because you need card access to the elevator and the stairs aren't accessible Some added compliments: The A/C was jumping! If you like the cold then this is for you. The breakfast times were so great for late risers and they kept the buffet full. The people at the front desk were nice. Parking was plentiful.

Very nice stay. The hotel doesn't look impressive from the outside, but the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was nice, but VERY crowded. The staff was pleasant. It's not the 4 Seasons, but from the price paid, the value was excellent. I'd stay there again.
