Pretty good value for the money
This hotel is pretty nice. I have rooms on both sides and the rooms with a view of the Capitol offer a breathtaking view of the city. There are a couple of odd things--like the mirror in the bathroom with no instruction. There is a card to scan if you want room service, but it doesn't work. So, not sure if the hotel offers this or not.

Cool place that slightly overlooks the Potomac River and sits across from the Nationals stadium. A concern that I had was that the same tile that was on the bathroom floor was also put in the shower. Looks fine, but once water hits the tile, it becomes slippery. Then, add soap to your wash and it’s even slippier. A safety hazard. The shower wasn’t really clean to begin with. It did have mold spots and other bacterial growth. There is a restaurant called Row House. Food is decent, but is convenient if you’re looking to stay in. There are snacks and drinks for purchase to take to your room, which I ended up doing every night when we returned for the evening. The area looks a little sketchy, but it was quiet for the most part.

Right by Nats stadium, super friendly staff
Very friendly staff! We were just there for one night. Super close to the Nats stadium, which is why we selected this hotel. Parking is very expensive ($65 per night) but we were able to find street parking for free. Room was clean. Had happy hour/food at the restaurant and breakfast. Food and drinks were delicious. Would stay there again!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! The lobby is beautiful. I was in room 719. Corner. with lots of windows and natural light! It’s within walking distance of restaurants and other convenient places. I was just disappointed that the rooftop was closed “for the season.” That was the main reason why I booked.

Room accommodations were excellent. Desk receptionist, Priha, was courteous and professional. What is lacking is the parking availability in the area (virtually zero) and the only option the hotel provides is $50 valet! It would have been mutually beneficial to have built a parking facility with the hotel.
