My flight was canceled because of severe weather and Marriott would not let me cancel my hotel reservation. I will never book with Marriott ever again. Over $3000 charged for nothing. And Marriott’s customer service is terrible

Front desk reps. Very friendly and professional. Restaurant and bar manager , Anthony, professional and very friendly personality. Room was modern and nicely done . Parking was my only issue. However I know space is limited in the inner city. Overall I would recommend your hotel. Thank you to all . Front door employees were really nice as well.

Cleanliness and modernity was great. However, the maids made a ton of noise at 7am. Woke me and my friend up. Other than that, the hotel is quiet.
