Reasonably priced central hotel
V centrally located near the Palace of Culture (unmissable landmark in the city), and perfect therefore for central train & bus station, plus the City sightseeing bus routes. Unfortunately this means there’s lots of street traffic (buses, trams, cars) so it can be v noisy (although ear plugs were provided). Beds comfy enough. Bathroom could do with a few extra accessories (shower cap, etc.), Service impeccable and helpful. Nice bar area with decent menu (if you want to hand around).

My 2 days stay experience I will rates as a very good . Located in perfect area, . 5 stars for the area around the hotel, beautiful city , easy access to everything. Shopping , dining and relaxing in the parks. Hotel is clean , not perfect but very good , nice staff, will book soon again.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2023 and were so delighted with our room, the helpful staff and very good breakfast that we returned again this September to celebrate our wedding anniversary. My request for the same room as last year was granted and it felt like coming home. I could go on, but the fact that I have already booked a longer stay for September 2025 (hoping to be given the same room again!) should be seen as the highest praise one could give, bearing in mind the number of other hotels in the immediate vicinity. And so I would like to thank all the staff for making our stay a truly memorable occasion.

Great hotel
I always stay in this hotel and never have any issues. They always have a room ready for me, sometimes hours before the official check in time. The hotel is also very central. Perfect spot in Warsaw.

The place is outdated with run down carpet in rooms. The single rooms are so small. There was No linen in the sofa bed.. We called for some as we had a very long trip and we're so tired. The man comes to our room with a pile of linen. We tell him where to put it and he proceeds to tell us that he will change it. We say that's okay we can do it. Did I mention we were soooo tired? He insisted he had to change it. Twenty minutes later, we threw ourselves on the bed layed down and waited, he finally is done and gives us our privacy to rest. We had asked him to close the bed when he was done AND HE DID NOT..The pillows are the worst like they took cheap cotton balls and filled a sack. The noise from the street from ambulance to revving cars is unbearable. The simple request downstairs for a glass of water is answered by go to your room get a glass and go by the elevator and get a drink. No cups by the water dispenser. Nothing in bathroom to keep the water out, literally flooded floor. Really basic and over expensive a littleaddituinal slippers, bathroom items would go a long way. Very sad.

Perfect location for staying near the railway stations in Warsaw and just a mile and a half from the heart of old town. Clean and tidy (though room cleaning has to be requested and tea/coffee etc isn't automatically replenished) and convenient.

Our previous place ended up being canceled so we had to scramble and found Hotel Metropol in a great part of town for an affordable price. It was the best thing that could have happened and made a hectic trip that much easier. It’s close to metro and tram, shopping, and even walking distance to the old town. We came for The Eras Tour (along with a lot of other guests) and the hotel was more than accommodating and had flyers welcoming the Swifties with QR codes of activities and information. Breakfast was really great as well.

The hotel doesn't look much from the outside but was very pleasant, clean and well maintained on the inside. The location is very busy but earplugs were provided and we slept well. The bed and bed linens were very comfortable, the bathroom was modern and fresh and the public areas were very nicely presented. The staff on the reception were friendly. I really liked that cleaning the room is only by request of the guest; this seems much more efficient than the standard practice of servicing every room every day. The only thing that was not as good as everything else was the bathroom towels - they were a bit threadbare - but this was not enough to detract from a very pleasant 3 night stay.

Would use again
Location good, not far from tourist area and restaurants. Staff were efficient. This isnt a criticism but did their job well perhaps not hugely persinable. But we really enjoyed our stay. If exchanging money in Warsaw do not use western union. They will rip you off. Smaller local exchange places are much better
