Great location in the center of Warsaw. Helpful staff and clean well lit rooms. Only two faults were... Shower head had no high wall attachment so showering meant standing underneath your raised arm and washing one-handed And now USB power outlets in the room, which would have been useful for changing mobile phones instead of using adapters. But a good hotel - I would recomend and would stay again

Overall quite good, got offered early check in and there is free luggage storage available as well. I was disappointed with vegan choices for breakfast and the fact that we were advised we "should not bring in own food/plant milk without informing staff" (on last day of a longer stay). I'd suggest booking just the room and having breakfast elsewhere: plenty of places nearby.

Location is quite convinient, very central to most of the tourist attractions. Hotel is quite old but nice maintained overall. Would recommend to people who would like to explore city instead of spending too much time in the room

This hotel is very dated, there was no air conditioning, the decor is from the 1970’s. Tie staff were all fairly friendly & efficient, it’s a pretty basic no frills experience though and I was in a suite!

Old hotel no complaints about the room which was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Room didn’t have a safe. The staff at check in were pleasant and efficient. However the breakfast was a terrible experience the rooms in the basement with no windows it was overcrowded and was difficult to get a table. It was a bun fight at the buffet and had to wait a long time before they replaced the scrambled egg and the breakfast staff were pushing people out of the way rude. Terrible experience so I never went to breakfast again

The hotel was easy a walkable distance from the Central Railway Station. When we checked the staff, Paulina was very helpful and friendly. Recommended a few places to eat, which were wonderful. The room was lovey, spacious and clean, although a little noisy first thing in the morning, but earplug were provided.

Very clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Hotel restaurant was also quite good. Lots of breakfast choices offered with sufficient seating. Construction going on outside hotel made for some early noise. Not a new hotel but well maintained. They could use some thicker bath towels.

The hotel is superbly located in the centre of the city with bus, tram, metro and train within a sort distance. Plenty of varied restaurants surround the hotel and a good Polish restaurant is located inside it. An excellent and varied breakfast is on offer with both cold and hot dishes available. You will not go hungry. What really makes the hotel is the staff, who are incredibly helpful, welcoming and welcoming. A bulb had gone in our bathroom, on reporting this, maintenance had come to replace it within a few minutes. Brilliant! There is a huge amount of roadworks around the hotel completely renewing all the roads and pavements as well as the square. This seems to be part of a major improvement programme for the city. Elsewhere, in Mokotów, new tram lines are being laid, expanding the existing tram network. Hopefully these will all be completed relatively quickly. In summary, a fine, welcoming hotel, making for an enjoyable stay in Warsaw
