Well, the good first. The breakfast was great, the front desk staff was also very good. That’s it. The cleaning lady walked in without knocking, good thing everybody was dressed! The air conditioning was wasn’t working, when asking when it would be fixed, they kept saying the next day. The next day, they would say the same thing, apparently the repair place wasn’t answering their calls. So I asked for a discount, They wanted to know why, it wasn’t their fault. Really, so it’s mine, the customer? Then they asked me to write a review so they can show the repair shop to help them get the air conditioning fixed faster. So I help them but get nothing in return. The furniture is stained (probably from people sweating), the carpet made my socks dirty and stained, and they haven’t even tried to offer me any compensation other then, it’s not their fault. Do yourself a favor, and stay somewhere else. There are lots of hotels that will take care of you and appreciate your business, this place is not one of them.
