We wanted to be right in the middle of things regarding walkability around the Old Town, and this was ideal, at a reasonable price. We stayed for 4 nights in a 3rd floor room which was very large (as was the ensuite bathroom) and immaculately clean. No breakfast facilities, but plenty of places close by for that, so not a problem. Has a quaint but perfectly usable lift, and a generally old fashioned feel, but that adds to its charm being situated where it is. If you don't want a modern concrete and glass box, this is a good choice..

It's a traditional accommodation with olden days elevator which requires one to press and hold the lift for it to move up and down. The room requires a traditional key w key hole to open, not a card. Room toilet has a funny sort of stale smell. Room is not ventilated, will need to open window. Overall an ok accomodation if you want to a go back in time sort of experience. Location is very convenient, right smack inside the city centre.

Location perfect for Warsaw Old Town. Big room and perfect view. Whilst the room was prepared and appeared clean, the toilet itself was not. I registered my dissatisfaction immediately with reception and the gentleman, whilst polite and apologetic, was defensive saying “well this is not a hotel”, therefore implying that standards of hygiene and cleanliness were perhaps not to be expected as one would in a hotel. I think it’s only reasonable to expect at least a basic level of cleanliness and hygiene, especially where the bathroom is concerned. I wouldn’t stay here again and won’t be recommending to anyone.

The property is right in front of The Royal Castle of Warsaw. Mcdonalds is just a few steps away and costa coffee like 2minutes walk. The lift is very old, and it takes 1minute and 20seconds to reach 3rd floor, u just need to have extra patience.

The location is perfect - next to the Old Town and 25 minutes on foot from the Central Train station. Very close to many tourist attractions. Multiple dinning options around. The facility itself is unique. It is not a hotel but not an Airbnb either (there is a reception). It’s like you would rent a room in a house. The room itself was clean. Bathroom a bit dated but ok. Hot water, towels, basic toiletries included. On the down side, which was not a problem for me, but might be for others, is that rooms are on the 3rd floor and the elevator is super slow. I was using stairs as it was quicker for me 😄 I recommend this place for a stay up to one week. It was affordable comparing to other option in this area.
