Creepy: Sleep in your car before sleeping here!
This place was sooooo creepy! We rented for three nights but only stayed one because it was felt so unsanitary and dangerous. I messaged the contact person to tell them we were terribly unsatisfied, had just booked elsewhere, and would be checking out early. We never received a response. This place is bare bones; it would have been nearly impossible to cook there. There was a PAIR of dead bolts on the doors. Clearly a sign there are problems in the area! The towel supply was extremely limited. When I pulled up the sheets and comforter dust or something flew out on my face! We’ve stay at several vacation rentals in Waco but nothing like this!!

Nice house
There were a few issues that are minor but added up to a less than 5-star experience. The TV remote had dead batteries but the management was excellent in how they handled the situation. Very responsive. Another issue was that there were no kitchen knives, so if you want to cook anything in the kitchen you’ll have to bring your own knives. Aside from that it was a nice house and the management was very quick to respond whenever I reached out to them.

Close to things but missing some comforts
It was close to Baylor, Magnolia, zoo but there were no wash cloths, dish cloths or dish towels. Not very many pans, plates, bowls, things to cook and eat with. Not comfortable sofas or sofa space for sitting together as a family together.
