Unit number assigned at checkin!Floor is not guaranteed, but you can request any floor you would like, view and size of unit is guaranteed! Full kitchen and living room. 2 units that connect to make one big unit. Full 1br connected to a Studio. Balcony off bedrooms. Floorplan in pictures, it is the Caribbean East Layout on the floorplan. Linens included and shower and pool towels also included. Bring Beach towels. Only 1 parking spot included with this rental. You can pay for an extra spot if needed through the resort at check-in!
Resort will take an imprint of your credit card at checkin and put $200 hold in case of damages and release it when you checkout. 1 parking spot is included with the rental.
Please note, these are Timeshare units. As a timeshare guest, you are required to supply your own toiletries, toilet paper, soaps, etc. for the full week, the resort does not supply you this stuff! If you have any questions in reference to this before booking, please ask!

For any issues with your unit once you check-in, you will go directly to the front desk and let them know of anything wrong with the unit. The resort maintains the units for the owners, so they handle all of the upkeep and cleaning for the units. Any issues with check-in, I am local and am available to fix any problems! Washer and dryer in Resort on every other floor, no laundry service(you can do laundry as needed with the washers and dryers located in the resort). No daily housekeeping. Must be over 21 to checkin at this resort.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc upon reserving a unit/week, prior to receiving confirmation of reservation.

This resort offers its guests a water park, an indoor pool, and an outdoor pool. This resort also features a spa tub, concierge services, and an elevator.
