A gem of a property, full of history and character. Amazing view of Avignon in the distance. The owner is very friendly and hard working, and catered to all our needs. Breakfast was really good, in a beautiful setting. Cannot recommend it enough! 5 stars.

Beautiful old home from the 14th century. The house has a stunning view of the Pope's Palace across the river. The gardens are delightful and the breakfast that was provided was wonderful. The host was very kind and gracious and parking in their fenced in lot across from the house was a tight fit but available. The house is easily walkable to the center of town, were there are lots of dinning opportunities. I highly recomend this location if you like beautiful historic properties.

Best place to stay for Avignon, hands down
This medieval mansion is wonderfully located. You get personal service from the property, unlike most hotels. It is a family run business. Rooms are in excellent condition. Had the best breakfast! It is located across the river from Avignon. You get great, unobstructed views of the Papal Palace. I wouldn't stay anywhere else for visiting Avignon. This place was perfect!

Would highly recommend. Rustic room with extra sitting room, private balcony overlooking the river and palace of the Popes. Enjoyed walking around the old village, just down the hill from Maison Orisini. Host was wonderful providing maps and a tasty breakfast. We stayed 4 nights.
