After being delayed for several hours, our airline canceled our flight to Vienna. By then, there were no flights to Vienna for the rest of the evening. We called the hotel to tell them we could not get to the city and they asked us to send an email. In the email, we explained our situation and asked them if we could exchange our reservation for another stay in a couple weeks. They said “no” and were not helpful at all. VERY disappointed in their lack of customer relations.

Very nice location, the room was very clean and modern. Walk distance to many restaurants, the only down side was the parking lot. The hotel does not have any however there is a parking structure next door which costs 7.50 euros - overnight.

The hotel is really nice with excellent staff. Rooms were clean, updated, and spacious with appointments like coffee & tea. The breakfast was amazing and the parking was reasonable and convenient (just across the street). Our 2 nights here with our teen boys were enjoyable. The only complaint i heard was for stronger air conditioning

Perfect if the bar was open on Monday
Good breakfast and nice and clean hotel and hard to faukt anything. Location is in a quiet place and a little outside city / near the bus station werecomend marx as an alternative eating place nearby /seems odd the bar is shut on Monday
