Perfect

Beautiful place, lovely breakfast. Everything sparklingly clean. Reception courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great and incl in the room rate. Location was perfect too. Just 2 minutes walk from main Square but very quiet a night .. Go stay everyone. Won't be disappointed. Michael

I would go back!

Great location great rooms, beds super comfortable. Excellent staff outstanding breakfast. Walls thin. Could here next door person fart! Dust bunnies and someone else’s socks under my bed.

We went to be close to the Spanish riding school. We were pleasantly surprised to be in the midst of a high end shopping district where all of the major fashion houses had a boutique. In addition, the Christmas market was just getting started. It was a wonderful visit.

Don't use their corporate parking.

Great stay until the part at the every end. They recommended I park my car in their corporate affiliate garage, which was further away than 5 or so alternative car parks. On check out day, I had to pay for my parking voucher, €30 daily. On the way to the car park, I lost my voucher so I went back to reception and asked if I could have a replacement and they said no, I would have to pay another €30 or just pay the standard parking charges. Fair enough, it was my fault for losing the voucher but I felt like reception made no attempt to help and made me feel a little cheated.

The stay was very uncomfortable because the air conditioning was not working and no refund or discount was given for the first night that we had to forcefully stay at the property. We had to check out the next day and move to another hotel which costed us a lot more. This is not expected from a property for which we paid so much. One night and the next day of our holiday got ruined because of lack of sleep, shifting rooms and hotels. We expect some refund from the property.
