Wonderful service on arrival to Hotel - reception staff extremely helpful. Amazing breakfast. Only downside was room was small (409) with no room for bedside tables and no plugs to charge phone next to bed. Hotel spotless and good location for walking into centre.

Very pleased with my stay especially the front desk staff . So helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast staff terrific. I'll be back. Highly recommend. It was also in a nice area to get around.

Lovely well maintained hotel in a quiet street. Easily walkable to the centre of the city. Staff were lovely, as too was the breakfast. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Would stay there again.

Reception and breakfast staff were just very friendly, respectful, and happy- making my wife and I feel like we were special guests. Room was extremely clean, the shower was just excellency. The bed sheets were clean and changed daily. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful array of cheeses and meats… Close, walking distance to the old town Vienna that was bustling with people. It was one of the best hotels that I experienced in my 71 years! I highly recommend it to everyone. Very good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Mr. Noodles-a Chinese Restaurant that had very tasty, big portioned dishes- Udon noodles soup and the dumplings were just out of this world! They also have Makis and Bentos and even kimchi’ ! And the prices were reasonable.

My friend visits Vienna regularly from USA to see family and always stays here. When I arrived I was placed into a small but lovely and cozy room. She insisted I change it for one with a bathtub. The new room was larger and did indeed have a bathtub, which I never used. The small room would have been fine (I am a solo traveler) but I did enjoy the natural light and larger bathroom in my new room. I was not charged for making the change although it was a more expensive option. The staff was lovely and accomodating. I will stay here again for sure!

Very clean, breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices . The room was spacious, very comfortable. Plus the concierge was very helpful specially Anthony except for a little payment error which was corrected straight away. Can’t fault the hotel except the tv in the room didn’t have much English Channel option .

I traveled with my partner and stayed 4 nights at The Harmonie Vienna: Liked: Beautiful property, elegant and exquisite decoration. Comfortable, quiet, and pleasant rooms. Service at front desk was outstanding. As an Expedia Gold Member we got a room upgrade. Didn’t like: Breakfast options are limited, don’t offer ready to order plates. Location is not too close to most points of interest.
