This hotel is located in the quiet James Bay area just a short distance from downtown Victoria. The location is great and its a nice change of pace from the busy-ness of downtown but close enough to easily access it. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to find a hotel suite with a kitchen big enough for a family of 4. Staff were great and breakfast is included so its a nice place to stay.

The property needs major renovation. Popcorn ceilings, outdated decor and laundry machines not working well. Dryer never dried the clothes and the other one was broken. The toilet also didn’t flush well at all.

It was not accessible for lobby and breakfast area. Unfortunately we went for breakfast with my special need kid around 10;30 but the stuff was in rush to let us know about the end time wich was not noce and I got stressed and my daughter too we couldn't enjoy the time and breakfast time

Fantastic hotel and location. I was pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade to a suite. Breakfast was included and offered hot and cold food. The only negative was that they didn’t have body lotion and shower caps.

This is a 'Classique' Victorian property in Victoria. We spent 4 nights there to celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary while walking and biking Victoria. The whole experience was enjoyable. This hotel is well-located in Victoria's downtown walking distance from many amenities. We paid a fair price for the location and service received. I would repeat this hotel if I came back to Victoria.
