La Cigale, a pretty house, ideal for family or group holidays, is set back from a small road leading to a magnificent medieval village, with walking access to the center of a picturesque Provencal village, with shops, café and restaurants, near Uzès between Nîmes and Avignon, a 30-minute walk from the Pont du Gard and the river.
After the gate you enter the 1000 m² fenced garden with trees and surrounded by hedges, then into the house by a pretty covered terrace. From the entrance you access the living room which opens onto the shaded terrace with view of the 8 x 3.5 x 1.5 m swimming pool surrounded by a large fenced wooden beach protected by a standard tarpaulin legal.
The house has the advantage of having two bedrooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds grouped by bathroom, which will give more privacy to guests if it is occupied by two families. the wc is independent.
At the rear, a portico will delight children. a cabin allows you to store bikes and sports equipment.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa, tout y était pour passer de bonnes vacances ! La région est magnifique, il y a plein de choses à découvrir dans le coin, si nous avions su nous aurions passé 2 semaines au lieu d'une pour vraiment en profiter... Petit bémol: c'est vrai qu'il fait chaud la nuit (surtout dans la chambre mansardée, nos filles ont dormi dans le salon mais ça ne les a pas empêchées d'apprécier les vacances...)

Maison très agréable située dans un très joli village, à proximité des commerces. Beaucoup de choses à visiter dans ses environs, Pont du Gard, Avignon, Nimes. Avec des températures à 38°, nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine. Dommage que nous n’ayons pu rester qu’une semaine. Merci à Sabrina pour son accueil

Un très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille à 6 dans la maison. Malgré les fortes chaleurs, nous avons pu nous reposer au calme et nous rafraîchir dans la piscine. La maison est très agréable et nous nous sommes très vite sentis comme chez nous. Nous y retournons volontiers !

Maison peu adaptée aux chaleurs caniculaires. La chambre en mezzanine est de ce fait inutilisable. Les ventilateurs sont peu efficaces. La maison st bordée par une route où circulent pas mal de voitures. Points positifs : la piscine; la disponibilité et la gentillesse de la personne qui accueille.

Super maison, très fonctionnelle, bien agencée. Beaucoup de places pour dormir. Piscine très agréable, beaucoup d’espace pour y mettre les transat. Totalement clôturé. Le seul bémol, la piscine n’étant pas chauffée, les plus frileux mettront quelques minutes pour entrer dans l’eau 😊

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette propriété. La maison est super agréable, très fonctionnelle. Nous avions une petite de 2 ans avec nous, et la maison est très bien adaptée (barrière enfant, lit parapluie, piscine sécurisée). Vacances agréables dans une belle région

La maison, la piscine et le jardin sont très bien entretenus. Piscine à l’eau salée sans chlore très agréable et appréciée. Maison parfaitement propre et décorée avec goût. Cuisine vraiment bien équipée avec bcp de vaisselle et assez d’espace. Grande table à manger pour 8 personnes sur la terrasse ombragée. La région est magnifique: Pont du Gard, Avignon, Uzes, les gorges de d’Ardèche, la Camargue et ses plages... Tout pour passer de belles vacances !

Maison au top

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison fonctionnelle où rien ne manque. Piscine géniale fortement appréciée par cette chaleur.Espaces extérieurs bien entretenus. Très bien située entre Nîmes, Avignon et proche d'Uzès. Commerces à 10 minutes en voiture. Boulangerie très bonne à proximité et petit marché (fruits et légumes) plusieurs fois par semaine. Propriétaires très sympathiques,accessibles et réactifs. Bref nous recommandons vivement cette location pour passer de belles vacances.

Wunderbar!

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und zuverlässig. Die Schlüsselübergabe war etwas holprig, da Sana kein Wort Englisch spricht. Sie ist aber auch sehr nett, und der deutschsprachige Vermieter hat uns hierbei telefonisch ausgeholfen. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern da. Das Haus ist zwar nicht groß, hat aber vor allem bei dem schönen Wetter völlig ausgereicht. Es ist alles da, was benötigt wird. Perfekt waren die zwei Badezimmer. Auch wenn nur eine Toilette vorhanden ist, kamen wir uns selten in die Quere. In jedem Zimmer war eine Kilmaanlage, die bei heißen Temperaturen eingesetzt werden konnte. Das Highlight ist der Swimmingpool, den die Kinder bei jeder Gelegenheit nutzten. Der Pool ist eingezäunt und kann bei Bedarf (kleine Kinder) abgeschlossen werden! Wir haben die zwei Wochen genossen und fühlten uns in dem Haus pudelwohl! Im kleinen, schönen Örtchen ist eine tolle Bar, ein kleines Restaurant und Postkartenladen, ein kleiner Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, eine Post und ein Bäcker. Weitere Länden sind ca. 10 bis 15 Minunten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In der Umgebung kann man viele tolle Ausflüge unternehmen. Ein Tipp ist die Wanderung (insgesamt 7 km) zum Pont du Gard!

Nice House. Nice pool. Very close to the village. Everything okay.

We have had A very Nice week in Vers. Nice House for 6-8 persons with pool and everything you need. We were welcomed by Sana, only french speeking, but very sweet person.. the House is very close to the the village. Only 3 minutes walking distance.. No supermarked in th village, but a very god banker, and a very Nice bar with live Music twice a week. We recomend the place very much.

Conforme au descriptif, très belle maison bien équipée dans un charmant village.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans une magnifique région. Accueil, services et disponibilité, tout etait parfait. Seul bemol, la petite route devant la maison avec un ralentisseur juste devant la piscine (la sieste sur les transats est un peu perturbée ), je recommande néanmoins l'endroit.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, der grosse Garten rundherum mit Schaukel ideal für Kinder. Swimmingpool mit Zaun abgegrenzt und kindersicher. Die Zimmer an sich sind ein wenig klein aber stylisch eingerichtet. Merci beaucoup! Der Ort ist übrigens bezaubernd.
